Are you new to AtlasVet? We would love to have you as a client! You can request your first appointment by clicking on the link below, emailing us or calling us.
If you have an appointment time set, it would be very helpful to have you fill out the new patient form prior to your arrival. Select that link and get started!
We would love to have your pet’s prior medical history in order prior to your arrival. Please email us your pet’s current records or contact us with the name of your pet’s former veterinarian and we will get the records for you.
We recommend you show up 10 minutes early for your appointment in case there is any fine tuning that needs to happen.
Due to the high volume of patients that require our services, AtlasVet doctors will be unable to see patients that arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment. Each AtlasVet client has a specific time reserved for their pet's care; if late arrivals are seen regardless of time, then other clients who are on time would be asked to wait unfairly. We know that traffic and other life difficulties can sometimes make a client late for their appointment and, time providing, we will do our best to work you into our schedule; however, this will not always be possible.
Please call us as soon as possible if you know you will be arriving late. In the event that we are unable to see your pet, we will work with you to schedule another appointment or may try to fit you in as an "urgent care" appointment for an additional fee.
