General FAQs
AtlasVet is located on the H Street Corridor NE and within the Atlas District. The address is 1326 H ST NE, Washington, DC 20002. We are directly across the street from the Atlas Performing Arts Center.
Paid metered parking is available on H ST NE as well as non-metered free parking on the side streets. The side streets closest to AtlasVet to look for parking on are 12th St NE, I St NE, and G St NE. There is also commonly parking across Florida Ave NE, in the Trinidad neighborhood. Be sure to read the signs for which blocks are zoned, some say free parking for non-zone 5 or 6 stickers for 2 hours. We highly recommend downloading the Park Mobile app in advance to pay for metered parking. AV doesn’t have a parking lot, unfortunately.
AtlasVet is currently accepting new patients and clients. However, Dr. Miller and Dr. Antkowiak are not accepting new clients at this time.
AtlasVet sees our patients by appointment only. We do sometimes have appointment availability same-day. The best way to be seen same-day is to call us first thing in the morning for one of the open appointment slots or to possibly be seen as an urgent care appointment.

Payment for services provided are due on the day the service is performed. Payment for medications and products are due when the medication is being picked up. Call us and a Client Service Advocate (CSA) or Veterinary Assistant can help you decide whether an appointment is necessary. Our Veterinarians are typically booked with back-to-back appointments and have limited time to perform client communications. One of our CSAs can relay messages to the doctors for you, but speaking directly to the doctor same-day may not be possible.
