Christopher Miller, DVM

Dr. Christopher Miller founded AtlasVet with Dr. Matthew Antkowiak in 2011. He is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and attended the University of Southern Mississippi for his undergraduate degree and received his veterinary degree at Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. His veterinary interests include surgery, dentistry, dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. Miller volunteers with the Washington Humane Society by spaying and neutering DC’s feral cat population. He has always had a special interest in sight hounds, since he owned his first retired racing greyhound, Chris lives with his wife, Peyton in Woodridge (NE DC) and they are the proud owners of both Bruce Wayne, a big, sweet hound/shepherd mix and Blue, a goofy/energetic Blue Tick Coonhound mix.

Chris enjoys travel, soccer, running, sailing, playing guitar, deejaying and listening to music of all kinds. Chris is often invited to DJ at Jimmy Valentines Lonely Hearts Club.
