Kate White, DVM

Dr. White graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine after earning a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut.  She studied acupuncture in Beijing and did an externship in Tanzania spaying, neutering and vaccinating the dog population there.  Dr. White grew up in Silver Spring, MD, and called the Dupont neighborhood home for the last 10 years before practicing in Los Angeles for two years.  She is excited to join the AtlasVet team. Her special interests include internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, pain management and integrative therapies including acupuncture and physical therapy. She considers it an amazing privilege to work in such a dynamic and compassionate profession.  In her spare time she loves traveling, hiking with her Australian Shepherd, Remy, horseback riding, cheese tasting and spending time with family and friends
