Edgar

Lindsay Edgar, DVM

Dr. Lindsay Edgar grew up in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University and attended the University of Georgia during her clinical rotations. She also has a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Before she entered Veterinary school, she worked for several years as a full time Veterinary Technician at Queen Village Animal Hospital in south Philadelphia and gives this job the most credit for fostering her love for her patients and clients.

Dr. Edgar’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is building meaningful relationships with her clients and treating each of her patients like family. She has a soft spot for Pitties and has a special interest in acupuncture as a form of pain management.

Dr. Edgar is married to her husband, Cameron, and they have two lovable dogs at home – Asa, a Staffordshire terrier, and Lana, a yellow Lab. During her free time, she enjoys reading a good book with a cappuccino in her hand. You can find her in the stands cheering on the Georgetown women’s soccer team this fall!
